Machinery shall be equipped with a protective cover to prevent injuries due to broken alloy saw blades, flying debris, etc.
1) Operating environment
-Machinery shall be equipped with a protective cover to prevent injuries due to broken alloy saw blades, flying debris, etc.
-The unaffiliated person is prohibited from approaching the workplace.
-The workplace should be far away from flammable and explosive materials.
(2) Clothing and protective gear
-Operators must wear protective glasses to prevent injuries caused by broken saw blades and flying debris.
-Operators must pay attention to the tie and cuffs, no gloves, and long hair should be placed in the work cap to prevent being caught in the machine and danger.
3)Preparation before use
-Ensure that the machine is in good condition, no deformation of the spindle, no vibration, and the tolerance of the shaft diameter is h7.
-Check the alloy saw blades for undermining, shedding, abnormal abrasion and abnormal phenomena such as bending, twisting, rupture of the body to prevent the alloy saw blades from breaking or flying apart and causing injuries.
-Check whether the selected alloy saw blade is suitable for the material to be cut to prevent abnormal conditions such as abnormal abrasion, detachment, poor cutting, overheating, etc. of the blade. Wrong selection may cause damage to the alloy saw blade and material, scattering of fragments, and accidents.
4) Installation
-Ensure that the direction of alloy saw blade rotation is the same as the direction of machine spindle. If the direction is opposite, it may cause the blade to fall off and the fragments to fly apart, and accidents may occur.
-Select the flange whose inner diameter is the same as that of the saw blade and whose outer diameter is 1/3 larger than that of the saw blade (1/2 of the outer diameter of the saw blade is suitable for multi-piece saws), and make sure that there is no abnormal abrasion, bending and deformation, and that there is no abnormality attached to the clean surface.
-Ensure that there is no excessive gap between the inner diameter of the alloy saw blade and the shaft diameter of the machine, install the flange and tighten the nut.
-Before operation, make sure there is no one in front of the saw blade. Then idle the machine and check whether there is any vibration, and whether the saw blade has any abnormal phenomena such as lateral and radial oscillation.
-Remachining of the saw blade (inner diameter correction, locating hole machining, etc.) must be carried out by the factory. If the processing is poor, it will affect the use of the product and may be dangerous.
-When installing, it is generally appropriate for the saw blade to be 5-6 teeth higher than the plate.
5) In use
-When in use, the material to be cut needs to be fixed so as not to cause abnormal cutting, which may lead to saw blade breakage, debris flying and accidents.
-When in use, when abnormal sound and vibration, roughness and bending of cutting surface are found, the operation must be terminated, checked in time and troubleshooting must be done. If you continue to use it, it will cause the saw blade to break and the fragments to fly apart, and accidents will occur.
6)After use
-When the saw blade is no longer sharp and the cutting surface is rough, it must be reground in time. Otherwise, it will affect the use effect, and may cause the saw blade to be scrapped, and accidents will occur.
