M-TOP B8-3 B-Series Demi-Bullnose Vacuum Brazed Diamond Hand Profiler
Product Description
Create a flawless demi-bullnose edge every time with our specialized wheel for granite, engineered stone, concrete, crystallized glass, and porcelain slabs. The profiler b-series now offers the ability to produce 3/16”, 3/8”, 3/4” or 1-1/2” demi-bullnose edges on both slabs and tiles.
We created this wet-cutting wheel using the latest vacuum-brazed technology and diamonds suitable for harder materials. It has an m14 or 5/8”-11 female thread and internal water passage holes, making it compatible with center water-feed polishers.
The edge is equipped with iron ring or rubber ring, which protects the stone surface and plays a guiding role in the grinding process.
Use this wheel to create a perfect round over edge treatment.
Customization Options: Different profiles and thicknesses can be customized based on customer requirements, allowing for tailored solutions to specific design preferences.
Variable Thickness: Available in various thickness options (5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm) or customized as per customer requests, allowing flexibility to meet specific project requirements.
